About Shera Poutree

Shera Poutree

You have likely arrived at this page as the result of your state's requirement for divorce counseling classes. This requirement is one that Shera, a mother of two young children, became familiar with when she faced filing for divorce after over a decade of marriage.

Like most people, Mrs. Poutree's experience began with an internet search that directed her to several different websites that offered the required course. These websites, however, were either not approved, difficult to navigate, expensive, or offered advice and information that just wasn't correct. On top of that, many courses wouldn't get around to providing a certificate of completion for days (sometimes weeks) and none tried to get the document to her attorney. The course turned out to be yet another stumbling block in an already difficult process.

This is when Shera decided there had to be a better way and developed a program herself that could be easily delivered online and get the certificates instantly to students and their attorneys immediately upon course completion. The program quickly received approval from the Department of Children and Families and thousands of students have since successfully submitted certificates to the court as part of the divorce process.
